Kabel, Associate Professor, Food Chemistry Laboratory, Wageningen University, the Netherlands; Member of the European Committee of "Science Science"; Member of the Evaluation Committee of the Dutch Association of Scientists (NWO) Project Proposal; Member of the International Doctoral Evaluation Committee; Member of the Royal Dutch Chemical Society He has been engaged in research on the degradation of fungi, enzymes and thermochemical lignocellulose for more than 20 years. He has rich research experience in the field of plant biomass analysis and biochemistry. Undertake projects related to biomass degradation enzyme characteristics and optimization of carbohydrate conversion processes (such as second-generation bioethanol, feed conversion, and optimization of commercial white mushroom substrates).
