On June 3rd, Mr. HUANG Jianmin, the representative of the Qin and Han Drums, professor Raymond, the head of the industrial design department at Saxion University, professor David, the member of the academic committee and executive Dean of College of Arts and Design ZHAN Qinchuan, vice Dean MI Gaofeng, Mr. LIU Zijian, Dean of Gaojing College, and related professional backbone professors gathered in SUST, friendly communicated and discussed the current issues of the intangible cultural heritage, development status and future trends.

ZHAN Qinchuan pointed out that the deep value of cultural heritage is not only the cornerstone of the national history, but also an important example of Chinese culture in international communication and export. He also elaborated and analyzed the traditional Chinese culture and art language of the Qin and Han Dynasties.

LIU Zijian believes that the world's intangible cultural heritage has gradually become digitally protected. Information visualization technology will use artificial intelligence interaction, virtual reality, digital libraries, databases and other advanced technologies to insert the wings of technology for the protection of intangibles.

Raymond talked about how to inherit and protect the intangible cultural heritage of each country. This is not only the mission of China and the Netherlands, but also an important proposition that needs to be faced in the cultural development and cultural inheritance of various countries in the world.

DAI Wei introduced the specific measures and practical effects of the Netherlands and other countries in protecting intangible cultural heritage.

HUANG Jianmin also mentioned the status quo and industry background of the development of intangible cultural heritage in Shaanxi Province, especially the difficulties and challenges faced by the Qin and Han Dynasties in the process of inheritance, as well as the opportunities and visions facing the future.

This seminar not only benefits the future development of the disciplines of the College of Arts and Design, the cultivation of cultural talents, the innovation of teaching practice, and the declaration of national fund projects, it also has a good reputation for the professionalism and vision of teachers and students.

ZHAN Qinchuan highly praised the professional literacy and innovation ability of the 6 international exchange students of the Saxion University who had come to study at the College of Arts and Design, and hoped to further expand the international vision of the teachers and students.

Raymond introduced the platform conditions and innovative practices of the Saxion University in the design of creative talents, and elaborated on the school's international exchange student cooperation program. He is very pleased that the cultural exchanges and study practices of the international students sent by Shaanxi University have been very fulfilling. The students have reflected the full harvest and hope to establish a long-term and stable communication bridge with the Shaanxi University of Technology.

Later, MI Gao held sincere talks with the Saxion University on issues such as multi-dimensional international cooperation that the two sides are concerned about, and conducted in-depth exchanges from cooperation mode, project practice, joint training, program design, base construction, and preliminary preparation. After the meeting, Raymond and his party also visited the design school, related laboratories and research centers, as well as the intangible cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province, which is rich in traditional Chinese culture characteristics. In September this year, 2 students from the Saxion University, the Netherlands, will come to our college for a nearly one-year exchange visit and conduct a project at the Joint Training Base of the College of Arts and Design with the Institute of Technology (National Industrial Design Center).
