SUST's natural index ranking ranks No. 102 in mainland and top 500 universities in the world

Recently, the Natural Index website updated the latest natural index rankings in 2019 (statistical time node is 2018.10.1-2019.9.30). SUST ranked 499th in the world's universities and entered the global Top 500 for the first time. It also ranked 102th in the mainland universities and ranked 6th in Shaanxi universities, 2nd in provincial universities, and 2nd in former light industrial colleges, which is the highest ranking in our history.
In the current ranking of our university, the number of articles reached 33, with a score of 18.05, and the number of selected papers increased by 21 compared with February 2018, and the score of articles increased by 9.71. The momentum of growth is strong under the strategy of "Strengthening Schools and Establishing Schools of Quality" and new achievements have been made in the "double first-class" construction.
The Nature Index was first released in November 2014, and has now become an important indicator for evaluating the high-level academic output of scientific research institutions. The Natural Index mainly calculates and counts the number of research papers published by various scientific institutions in the previous year in 82 natural science journals such as the Nature series, Science, and Cell.
