Recently, two academic papers completed by the team of Professor XUE Jian from the College of Economics and Management were published in the international authoritative journal of green and sustainable technology "Journal of Cleaner Production" (impact factor: 7.246) and the international authoritative journal of energy "Energy" ( Impact factor: 6.082). Professor XUE Jian is an academic backbone introduced by the College of Economics and Management in 2016, and has long been committed to research in the fields of green finance, air pollution joint prevention and control, etc. The two papers published this time are titled "Cooperative Governance of Inter-provincial air pollution based on a Black–Scholes Options Pricing Model" and "A cooperative inter-provincial model for energy conservation based on futures trading". "Cooperative Governance of Inter-provincial air pollution based on a Black–ScholesOptions Pricing Model" takes "the air pollution control in recent years" as the background, and proposes an inter-provincial cooperative air pollution governance model based on Black–Schole option pricing, which uses financial option derivatives In environmental governance, explores the optimal pollution control model, and uses the minimum core method to distribute the benefits of regional air pollution cooperative governance. "A cooperative inter-provincial model for energy conservation based on futures trading" is based on the global market-oriented energy conservation model and China's current territorial energy conservation management model. It proposes an energy conservation model for inter-provincial cooperation based on futures trading and applies financial futures derivatives. In energy-saving management, the optimal energy-saving management mode is explored, and the Shapley value method is used to distribute the cooperation benefits. The research results show that compared with the current territorial energy-saving management model, this model increases the social energy benefits of the cooperative provinces as a whole and each province, reduces the energy consumption per unit of social energy revenue, and effectively increases the enthusiasm of each province to participate in energy conservation.
